Insured shipping
Basically we are liable as shipper in case of loss or damage of the goods during transport. This is independent of the value of the shipment. So you do not have to worry about what will happen if a shipment is actually lost or damaged once arrives. The same also applies to returned goods commissioned by us.
In the case of visible damage to the parcel, it is best to refuse acceptance or have the damage documented by the courier immediately. If necessary, take your own photos of the damaged parcel.
We send only insured parcels on our part, so that in the event of damage we receive compensation from the insurer.
DHL
All our shipment is handled by DHL. The deliverer will therefore be very familiar to you. If you should not be to be found, the deliverer can decide whether the package can be delivered to the neighbor, or whether he leaves a notification card in the letter box. In this case, you can usually collect the parcel from the nearest post office from the next working day.
Special order requests
If our standard selection of the sender does not match your personal wishes, you are welcome to leave your wishes with your order, e.g. in the memo field on the last order page before order completion. If possible, we will then gladly respond to your wishes. Should it come to a recalculation of forwarding expenses due to this or the change not be possible we will contact you naturally.
Likewise you can define desired delivery days, or days on which should not be delivered over the entry in the memo field. We accept orders also with desired dates up to 30 days after order, e.g. for a birthday, if you would like to have afterwards still the possibility of the revocation.
You can also express your special wishes personally on the phone, so that further details can be discussed and clarified immediately.
Shipment tracking
With dispatch of the commodity you receive on the same day still another notification by email with the package number. On the websites of the companies you can then track your parcel to better match the reception.
If you do not receive a dispatch mail, you can also ask us for the parcel number by telephone.
Internationaler Versand
In connection with shipping to countries outside the European Union, such as the USA, Canada or Russia, you may incur additional customs duties and import duties. The best way to find out about the costs involved is to contact your local authorities, as this is handled very differently from country to country. For example, it is often worthwhile for Swiss customers to shop in Germany, because the net prices for goods are often lower than in Switzerland and also the import is quite cheap. The costs are queried by the deliverer at delivery or you receive an invoice about it.
As soon as you have created a customer account with us and the delivery address e.g. USA is entered, you will no longer see in our shop the gross prices including the German value added tax of currently 19% of the goods value, but without value added tax, e.g. instead of 119 euros only 100 euros.

Purchase on invoice (only for germany)
With the toll-free purchase on invoice by RatePay you pay comfortably by invoice after the goods have been delivered to you. You can shop in a relaxed manner, place your order and view the products at home in peace. Then you have one month to settle the bill. You do not need to provide sensitive data, the purchase on invoice is completely risk-free. For first-time customers, we reserve the right to an exam. If you have chosen the payment method "purchase on invoice", you agree that your personal data will be transmitted to RatePay in the course of the examination to take over the refinancing of the claim in case of default. RatePay checks the probability of a payment default. To this end, RatePay may ask the following credit bureaus stating your details such as name, address, date of birth:

These determine personal characteristics or calculate a probability value of a payment default on the basis of a mathematical-statistical procedure (scoring). If RatePay assumes the risk of payment default, the data necessary for the transaction will be transmitted to RatePay and stored there.
Installment purchase (only for Germany)
With PayPal's flexible installment purchase, you can pay at your own pace. You can go shopping first and then take a look at the goods at home. All purchases that you make with PayPal in installments are collected on a clear monthly invoice. You decide every month how much you want to pay.

PayPal is the online payment service with which you can pay securely, easily and quickly - and the PayPal account costs you nothing.
Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. That's why they're not sent over the Internet every time you shop online - that makes PayPal payments extra secure. You also pay very simply with two clicks. Because you access your PayPal deposited bank or credit card data, instead of entering them with each purchase again. In addition, your goods usually arrive earlier because PayPal payments arrive at the shop at the same time. The seller can then send the goods immediately and you usually receive them earlier.

The data for the prepayment via bank transfer will be sent to you immediately after successful order by email.

If you use online banking, please do not forget to enter your customer number, order number or invoice number in the intended purpose of the entry mask. It is best to wait for the order confirmation by email with your individual purpose of use.
Please do not send us cash or cheques. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability in the event of loss.

At SmartStylez you can also pay online with your AmericanExpress, Mastercard or Visa. We attach great importance to data security. Because the SSL encryption, as we use it, also offers you a maximum of security when paying by credit card on the Internet: All order and credit card data are only transmitted encrypted with this procedure.

With Verified by Visa, you can confirm your identity to get more protection when shopping online. It's convenient and you can use your existing Visa credit card to do it. You register your card only once with your credit card issuer and choose a personal, individual password.

Cash payment
Of course, you can also get an impression of the outstanding quality of our products directly on site and try them on in different colors and sizes on site. If you have the desire to take the goods directly to your home, then there is nothing in the way of a cash or card payment.
